Junior Logistics & Quality Specialist

About the role

The Junior Logistics & Quality Specialist supports daily logistics and quality control activities for Pernod Ricard Middle East. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, structured record keeping, inventory integrity and timely escalation of issues across inbound and outbound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PL partners and freight forwarders, ensuring timely execution and resolving operational blockers.
• Communicate order status, loading instructions and dispatch details to internal stakeholders such as Business Control, Supply Planning and Trade Marketing.
• Update internal systems (JDE, LOOP, Cargoes) with accurate postings, damage tracking and documentation.
• Perform routine inventory checks, identify discrepancies between 3PL and ERP data and escalate for resolution.
• Assist in managing logistics‑related quality incidents, ensuring proper documentation, tracking and follow‑up.
• Provide operational and reporting support to improve process visibility, compliance and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping and data‑integrity focus.
• Ability to work closely with 3PL partners, internal teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive in issue identification and escalation.
• Good understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes.

Required skills

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
• Familiarity with LOOP logistics platform.
• Knowledge of Cargoes system for shipment tracking.
