About the role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales of banking products to both new and existing corporate clients, achieving financial targets while upholding the bank’s policies and ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring and control processes.
- Expand the employee banking portfolio by onboarding new companies and managing existing accounts.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities through regular client visits and relationship building.
- Establish partnerships and promote the brand through promotional activities and group meetings.
- Maintain high service standards, meeting customer expectations for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Guide and support new team members, providing on‑the‑job assistance and advice.
- Generate new sales opportunities by devising strategies to achieve assigned targets.
