Lead Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our digital transformation team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise solutions by bridging business needs with technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise or digital transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and user‑story mapping.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
