Lead Recruitment Consultant – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Dubai office, specialising in the design and construction sector. You will work with leading architecture, interior design, project management, fit‑out, furniture and construction firms across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships within the design and construction market.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting offers and closing placements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals across architecture, engineering, interiors and construction disciplines.
• Collaborate with the small team to shape and expand the Dubai office’s market presence.
• Achieve and exceed billable targets while delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within design, construction, engineering, architecture or interiors.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop client accounts.
• Commercially driven with a strong desire for uncapped earning potential.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a small, entrepreneurial team.
• Passionate about building a business rather than joining a large corporate recruitment house.
