Lifeguard (Beach & Pool)

About the role

We are seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests at both the beach and pool areas of our resort. The role involves monitoring swimmers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in distress.
• Monitor the beach and pool areas for hazardous conditions and unsafe activities.
• Enforce facility rules and promote a safe, enjoyable environment for guests.
• Provide first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness by folding and stacking towels, and cleaning the pool deck.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management promptly.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional at all times.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, moving, and navigating slippery surfaces as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Any additional certifications or training required by local or state authorities.
