Logistics & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a commercially sharp, risk‑aware professional to own and evolve our asset leasing portfolio, credit risk, and operational governance. This role will transition our logistics function into a high‑value asset protection ecosystem, ensuring corporate rental clients are vetted, hardware is insured, and financing flows run flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute underwriting and credit risk assessment workflows for corporate rental clients.
• Manage corporate lines of credit, coordinating with banking partners to optimise liquidity and leverage.
• Own the commercial insurance portfolio for deployed and warehouse assets, negotiating frameworks with insurers.
• Oversee payment cycles, aligning with internal and vendor SLAs and producing weekly cash‑flow and exposure reports.
• Monitor the full asset lifecycle—from provisioning to end‑of‑lease collection, recovery, depreciation modelling, and liquidation—minimising dead time and handling RMAs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years in operational finance, credit control, or asset management within asset leasing, car/equipment rental, or fintech/banking.
• Hands‑on experience evaluating B2B credit risk and structuring corporate leasing plans.
• Proven familiarity with commercial insurance policies for physical hardware or fleet assets.
• Track record of designing or operating under strict financial timelines and billing performance metrics.
