Logistics Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon Logistics is looking for a UAE National Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of associates in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment. The role focuses on ensuring safe operations, high‑quality order fulfillment, and continuous improvement of shift performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver top‑level service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/administration.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
