Logistics Supervisor – UAE National

About the role

Amazon Logistics is looking for a UAE National Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of associates in delivering customer orders safely and efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards, managing labor allocation, and ensuring quality fulfillment across shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach and train associates to deliver top‑level service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations or data administration.
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.
