Luxury Travel Consultant – Trilingual (Arabic, English, French) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a trilingual Luxury Travel Consultant to join our concierge team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide personalised, high‑end travel and lifestyle services to high‑net‑worth members across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end member requests, delivering tailored travel, dining and lifestyle recommendations within agreed timeframes.
• Leverage destination knowledge, supplier network and negotiation skills to secure optimal experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and suppliers, ensuring seamless service.
• Promote the company’s broader lifestyle services and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve queries and service‑recovery issues with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all member interactions.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the member experience.
• Identify commissionable bookings to maximise commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Arabic and French (written and verbal).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, high‑end customer service or travel agency/tour operator.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and key Asian destinations.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Full‑time availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems, preferably Amadeus.
