Maintenance Manager – Transportation Shuttle

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Transportation Shuttle fleet, ensuring luxury vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance programs for luxury vehicles.
• Maintain fleet availability, minimize downtime, and establish KPIs for performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead internal and external workshops, supervise technicians, and validate technical diagnoses.
• Negotiate service agreements, parts pricing, warranties, and ensure external work meets Wynn quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and roadworthiness requirements.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget, track cost variances, and optimize expenditures.
• Implement digital fleet health monitoring, telematics integration, and analyze vehicle performance data.
• Coach staff, oversee training in diagnostics and OEM procedures, and handle vehicle recovery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering (preferred).
• 7+ years managing premium or luxury fleet maintenance, preferably in hospitality or VIP transport.
• Experience with European luxury brands and advanced diagnostic systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE automotive licensing, insurance regulations, and RTA/RAKTA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party contracts and vendor performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical reporting skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly desirable.
