About the role

Wisewell is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join its operations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting the company’s smart water devices, ensuring customers receive a high‑performing product.

Key responsibilities

Perform on‑site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of Wisewell units.
Provide installation support, including plumbing connections.
Conduct workshop testing and troubleshoot technical faults.
Maintain tools, stock, and workspace to high standards.
Share insights to improve product performance.

Required profile

Valid UAE driving licence.
1–2 years of technical or appliance maintenance experience in the UAE.
Strong plumbing capability.
Clear communication in English (Arabic a plus).
Mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working independently and with a support team.
