Manager Completions Commissioning

About the role

The Manager Completions Commissioning will lead the commissioning effort from FEED through EPC completion, ensuring safe and efficient start‑up of plant assets. This senior position reports to the commissioning manager and works closely with PMC, contractors, and functional leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to PMC and contractor commissioning teams.
• Coordinate pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring feasibility and readiness.
• Supervise mechanical completion, performance testing, and resolution of CARs/NCRs.
• Review and approve handover documentation, spare parts, and consumables.
• Develop and approve post‑commissioning, operation, and maintenance scenarios.
• Manage commissioning personnel, external contractors, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Participate in technical reviews (HAZOP/SIL, design studies) and vendor workshops.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale commissioning projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical completion and performance testing.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and project documentation requirements.
