Manager – Enrolments and Marketing

About the role

The Manager – Enrolments and Marketing will lead the development and execution of enrolment and marketing strategies for assigned GEMS schools, ensuring targets are met and parent experience is excellent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full enrolment lifecycle, ensuring consistency and parent satisfaction across schools.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns to achieve enquiry volume and cost‑per‑enquiry goals.
• Manage school marketing budgets prudently to meet cost‑per‑enrolment targets.
• Plan and execute strategies that improve conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
• Set and track Front of House KPIs, goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with GEMS Marketing support as an enrolment subject‑matter expert.
• Identify training needs and deliver classroom, on‑the‑job and workshop sessions for Front of House staff.
• Maintain strong parent‑school relationships, handling feedback and complaints to boost NPS and re‑enrolment.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and report findings to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent GEMS Education at corporate and community events.
• Participate in project meetings and serve on relevant committees.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of results‑driven sales and marketing experience.
• Proven post‑sales and sales background with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with peers and parent communities.
