Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is building a pool of talent for future Performance Marketing Manager roles in Dubai. The role suits a commercially minded, data-driven digital marketer who turns insights into measurable growth, leading performance marketing across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, qualified leads, conversions and return on marketing investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid search, social, video, programmatic and other digital campaigns, including targeting, bidding, media mix, budget pacing and platform performance.
• Drive qualified lead generation and improve lead-to-sale conversion across the customer journey.
• Optimise landing pages, forms and digital journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Track performance with GA4, GTM, platform pixels, UTM parameters and CRM systems, and build dashboards and reports.
• Use approved AI-enabled marketing tools for audience insights, forecasting, optimisation, testing and campaign recommendations.
• Manage media budgets and agency performance to maximise ROAS.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience across paid media, lead generation, campaign optimisation and agency management.
• Experience in automotive, retail or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, stakeholder and agency management skills, and ability to communicate data and recommendations clearly.
