Marketing & Growth Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Dr scent is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead its digital and performance marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving revenue through lead generation, conversion optimization, and close collaboration with sales.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve targets for lead generation, conversion rates and marketing‑driven revenue.
• Manage the full marketing funnel, working closely with sales to improve lead quality.
• Plan, execute and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and marketplace platforms.
• Analyse performance data to make data‑driven decisions and improve ROI.
• Lead and develop the marketing team (content, ads, design, PR) by prioritising tasks and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to address deal failures and enhance lead quality.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing campaigns and improving conversion rates.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
