Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team of a world‑leading luxury hotel group and lead the creation of compelling social media experiences that showcase award‑winning food, beverage concepts and events. As Marketing Manager you will shape the brand’s digital voice, engage guests and stakeholders, and drive the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative, visually striking social media content that highlights the group’s food, beverage and event offerings.
• Manage social media calendars, support photoshoots, write brand‑focused copy for scheduled posts, and capture live content at events and activations.
• Monitor and respond to guest comments and reviews on all online platforms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure five‑star service.
• Identify and engage relevant social media influencers, developing collaborations to extend brand reach.
• Upload approved blog articles and brief graphic designers on accompanying visuals.
• Liaise with the public‑relations agency to align messaging and support broader communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging guests, team members and external partners.
• Creative thinker who takes ownership of tasks and delivers high‑quality results.
• Strong interest and knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands‑on, “can‑do” attitude.
