About the role
As a Marketing & Social Media Assistant Manager at Hilton, you will help deliver memorable guest experiences by supporting marketing initiatives and daily office operations. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and assist the sales team with documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Proofread advertising copy and assist with marketing campaign execution.
- Maintain the department calendar and coordinate internal projects.
- Prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and record‑keeping.
- Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc departmental initiatives.
