Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

About the role

HelloKindred is seeking a part‑time Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing strategy for a hospitality management education client across the Middle East, focusing on the UAE and KSA. The role will design and execute full‑funnel campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, lead conversion and student recruitment for a Bachelor program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local multi‑channel marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth.
• Plan and execute digital, social, email, paid media and event campaigns, monitoring the funnel from lead generation through enrollment.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and produce monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruitment officers to create offline and online sales assets and manage weekly agency reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (Master’s a plus) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East international education market, especially UAE and KSA.
• Experience in digital advertising within a Western organization operating in the UAE.
• Fluent English, self‑organised and customer‑centric.
