Medical Receptionist

About the role

As a Medical Receptionist at a premium healthcare destination in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome both in person and over the phone. You will manage appointment flow across multiple departments and contribute to business growth by recommending suitable treatments and packages.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly and professionally, in person and by phone.
• Manage bookings, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations across multiple departments.
• Explain services, treatments and packages accurately, guiding patients to the right department.
• Upsell and cross‑sell treatment packages and memberships in a consultative, patient‑first way.
• Follow up with patients on appointments, treatment plans and package renewals to drive retention.
• Handle patient registration, records and billing support using the clinic management system.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and department teams to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns via phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, escalating when needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area while upholding patient confidentiality and clinic standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a receptionist or front‑desk coordinator in a premium healthcare clinic (aesthetic or dental).
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of services offered by different clinic departments.
• Proven ability to sell packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong skills in appointment scheduling, cancellation management and patient follow‑up.
• Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinic management or booking software.
• Strong command of MS Office.
