Membership Sales Specialist (Tele-Sales Focus)

About the role

A full-time Membership Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager position in Dubai, focused on tele-sales. The main aim is to generate leads and sell premium recreational loyalty memberships through calls and client engagement, with strong follow-up and customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and manage sales leads
• Sell premium loyalty memberships by tele-sales and direct client interaction
• Meet potential clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable membership options
• Prepare basic presentations, reports and sales documentation
• Work with marketing and internal teams to support sales strategies
• Follow up with clients during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required profile

• Proven tele-sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in fitness or wellness preferred
• Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven, confident and professional attitude
