About the role
The Multi Property Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing purchasing activities across multiple hotel properties, ensuring quality, cost control, and compliance with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef with food and beverage purchasing, budgeting, and inventory rotation.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards, and ensure proper security of storeroom assets.
- Communicate with kitchen staff, restaurant management, and vendors to coordinate timely deliveries.
- Verify invoices against shipments, manage inventory controls, and complete period‑end inventory procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles applied to purchasing operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with inventory management and purchasing software.
- Ability to generate accurate reports and presentations.
