Multi‑Talent Maintenance Technician (UAE)

About the role

Stella Stays, a fast‑growing hospitality and real‑estate company in Dubai, is seeking versatile maintenance technicians to keep its residential buildings, villas and penthouses in top condition. You will handle a broad range of repair and upkeep tasks across multiple property systems.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and resolve maintenance tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance on property systems and components.
• Perform pool cleaning, servicing and garden upkeep when assigned.
• Execute scheduled maintenance for new property launches, refurbishments and client projects.
• Report activities and provide feedback to the department lead.
• Assist project managers with timeline and material planning.
• Provide on‑field and logistical support to the operations department as needed.

Required profile

• Open mind and willingness to expand skills across multiple trades.
• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience in the UAE (preferred).
• Reliability, initiative and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• General knowledge of maintenance methods, tools and equipment.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
• English speaking and writing skills are a plus.
