NOC Engineer - 24/7 Rotation

About the role
BroadNet is hiring a NOC Engineer in Dubai for a 24/7 rotation. The NOC is described as the point where all traffic passes through: you will monitor live message flow, partner bind health, regulatory feeds and customer dashboards, and act as the first responder when something looks wrong.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and resolve P2/P3 incidents end-to-end, and escalate P1s to the engineering on-call team.
- Maintain partner bind health and chase down latency or DLR anomalies before customers notice them.
- Run change windows on partner integrations.
- Own the daily handover document and the weekly NOC review.
Shift pattern
- Four 12-hour shifts, three days off, rotating between day and night.
- The Dubai NOC team has seven engineers, so you are never alone on a shift.
