Office Driver – Reliable Transportation Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for our staff, clients and documents in Dubai. The ideal candidate has solid experience driving in the UAE, excellent knowledge of local routes and a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees, management, clients and visitors to meetings, offices, airports and other business locations.
• Perform office‑related errands such as document deliveries, collections and light loading/unloading.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation systems to minimise travel time.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe and presentable condition, conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Monitor fuel usage, keep accurate mileage records and ensure vehicle registration, insurance and servicing are up to date.
• Adhere to UAE traffic laws, company driving policies and maintain confidentiality of travel schedules and company information.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License with a clean driving record.
• 2–5 years of professional driving experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations and major business locations.
• Professional appearance, courteous behaviour and ability to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Proficient use of GPS navigation and route planning tools.
• Basic vehicle maintenance awareness and troubleshooting.
