About the role
GN is seeking a structured and service‑oriented Office Manager & Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations at its Dubai office while providing comprehensive support to employees and management during a 12‑month maternity cover period.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Develop, implement, and update office policies and procedures.
- Manage office budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support to management: calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional communication flow.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, maintain employee records, and support onboarding and training activities.
- Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and payroll; ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Process and verify invoices, liaise with vendors, and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and team activities to foster engagement.
- Oversee office maintenance and act as primary contact for property managers and facility needs.
