About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager and IT Specialist to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The role blends office administration with hands‑on IT support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a secure, well‑maintained technology environment for a financial services organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, equipment, meeting coordination and policy compliance.
- Support onboarding, training and act as a primary contact for staff and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, payments and service agreements to keep facilities safe and functional.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, workstations and applications, providing first‑ and second‑level support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Ensure IT systems are up‑to‑date, compliant with security policies and support cybersecurity controls.
- Maintain IT inventory and oversee procurement of hardware and software.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in office management and/or IT support, preferably within financial services.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
