About the role

Windmills Group, a UAE-based asset valuation, building consulting and management advisory firm founded in 2016, is hiring an Officer Data & Research. The role keeps property listing, rental, sold and transaction data accurate and up to date for valuation assignments. It expects about 3,500 listings entered each month.

Key responsibilities

• Import and process off-plan, ready, sold, rental and listing transactions daily.
• Ensure every transaction is accurately updated, verified and completed within the required timelines.
• Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
• Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other sources.
• Maintain fast turnaround times for data collection.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and excellent data-entry productivity.
• Good knowledge of real estate terminology, property types and comparable market data.
• Proficiency in data entry, data-management systems and real estate databases.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, daily targets and high-quality data standards.
