Property Consultant

About the role

Viara Properties, a real estate agency in Dubai specialising in residential and investment properties across the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant. The consultant assists clients in buying, selling and leasing residential and investment properties, builds long-term client relationships and provides professional real estate advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing properties in Dubai
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end users
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options
• Provide investment advice based on Dubai real estate market trends
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the transaction process
• Keep up to date with new project launches and developer inventories
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and real estate procedures

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales, consulting or property advisory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field preferred
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships with local and international investors
