Onboarding Support Analyst

About the role

TASC Recruitment Team is hiring an Onboarding Support Analyst (Onboarding Analyst) for a 3-month contract in the United Arab Emirates, with an immediate start date. The client is in retail and the role covers the full onboarding lifecycle of new hires, from offer letter processing to day-one readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle, including offer letter processing, documentation, background verification and pre-boarding communication
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities and business units so new hires have equipment, system access and workspace ready on day one
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with UAE labor law and company policy
• Track onboarding KPIs such as time-to-productivity, completion rates and new hire satisfaction, and generate regular reports for HR leadership
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure a consistent, engaging induction experience
• Process visa, labor card and Emirates ID documentation with the PRO and government relations teams
• Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires in their first weeks, resolving queries about payroll, benefits and policies
• Ensure onboarding documentation meets internal audit and compliance requirements
