Senior OD & Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Senior Organizational Development and Talent Management Specialist within its Human Resources department, reporting to the HR Director. The role leads the design and execution of OD initiatives such as change management, culture transformation and team effectiveness, and builds talent management strategies including succession planning and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture transformation and team effectiveness programs.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies such as succession planning, leadership development, high-potential identification and career paths.
• Facilitate learning and development programs, workshops and interventions on leadership, team performance and employee engagement.
• Conduct organizational assessments and analyse data to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with HR and management to create and refine performance management tools and processes.
• Design and manage employee engagement surveys, including action planning and follow-up.
• Coach leaders and teams on change leadership, interpersonal effectiveness and conflict resolution.
• Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives by embedding inclusive practices into talent programs.
• Monitor best practices and trends in OD and talent management to keep improving offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management or related HR roles.
• Demonstrated experience with change management frameworks, employee development programs and talent assessments.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Required skills

• Experience with 360-degree feedback, personality assessments and learning management systems.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and project management skills.
