Operations & Coordination Lead – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Operations & Coordination Lead to support daily business activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing startup. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, handling administrative and financial tasks, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and follow‑ups with partners, suppliers, agencies and other external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, track action items and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support planning and execution of marketing activities, including content coordination and social media initiatives.
• Liaise with external marketing agencies and creative partners to coordinate campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and campaign logistics.
• Track company expenses, maintain organized financial records and prepare invoices and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries for management and board meetings.
• Develop professional presentations, proposals, reports and briefing notes.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and other administrative requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, executive assistance, project coordination or marketing support.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
