Operations Manager – Logistics & Stock Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and stock management functions within the cosmetics and beauty products sector in Dubai Investment Park 2. The successful candidate will ensure smooth supply‑chain operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support cost‑effective purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee stock receiving, delivery, inventory control, packing, unpacking and labeling.
• Supervise invoice flow and dispatch processes.
• Handle purchasing price costing, price control, and coordinate import/export orders.
• Manage shipping, forwarding, customs clearance and optimise fleet routes.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and manage safety and security measures.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management or logistics, preferably in cosmetics/beauty products.
• Strong understanding of UAE logistics and inventory regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management software.
