Operator - Multi Skilled

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Operator to support the efficient operation and maintenance of a range of port and terminal equipment. The role ensures smooth loading and discharging of cargo from ships, barges, rail and trucks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine pre‑ and post‑operational safety checks on all port equipment.
• Operate various machinery such as ITV, forklifts, reach stackers, RTG and Bobcat to facilitate cargo movements.
• Inspect equipment condition, troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs or upgrades with the maintenance team.
• Maintain continuous radio communication with team members during loading and discharge operations.
• Record equipment usage, maintenance activities and ensure documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Ensure all operations comply with quality standards, safety regulations and industry requirements.

Required profile

• High school certificate; diploma is a plus.
• Valid U.A.E. Heavy Machinery License.
• Technical certification in port operations is advantageous.
