About the role

Reed & Mackay is seeking an Out‑of‑Hours VIP Travel Consultant to deliver seamless, high‑touch travel support for Global Elite and VIP clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing ‘butler‑style’ service outside core office hours and ensuring every journey runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a consistently high level of service to VIP and high‑profile travellers, exceeding expectations.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet internal and client‑driven deadlines.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive, end‑to‑end travel solutions, especially during disruptions.
• Maintain professional, precise written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Handle sensitive itineraries with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service.
• Utilise all available systems and resources to optimise the traveller experience.
