Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager based in the UAE to support strategic partners in their AWS partnership journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep, trusted relationships with CxOs and leadership of selected System Integration Partners in the UAE, understanding their challenges and long‑term vision.
• Create and execute business plans to accelerate AWS adoption by customers, helping partners build AWS practices and market offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing industry insights, best practices, and strategic guidance to empower partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to design transformation roadmaps and execute partner engagements.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, communicating market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years working with core cloud technology services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 5+ years in go‑to‑market, business development, sales or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing cross‑functional programs.
