About the role

We are looking for a part‑time IT Executive to join our team at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering reliable technical support and maintaining the hospital’s IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service for our clinical and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues.
• Manage network administration to guarantee secure and efficient connectivity.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, including hardware, software, and user assistance.
• Maintain and support healthcare‑specific IT systems.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to understand and address technology needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in daily IT operations and support.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work on‑site at the Dubai hospital.
