Patient Coordinator & Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Patient Coordinator cum Admin is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, responsible for managing patient interactions and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, handling inquiries and maintaining a welcoming reception environment.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments with partner clinics and diagnostic centres, including follow‑up visits and reminders.
• Maintain accurate patient records, perform data entry, and support documentation and filing tasks.
• Manage correspondence, organise files, and support internal communication across clinical partners and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for respectful interaction with patients, partners and staff.
• Experience in a healthcare, wellness or clinic setting, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Service‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in Dubai are an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology to understand clinical instructions and coordinate accurately.
• Basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office) for data entry and record‑keeping.
