Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Seven Digital is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive in Dubai to join a growing digital team working across brands, campaigns and industries ranging from events and hospitality to lifestyle, retail and government. The role sits at the intersection of creativity, data and technology, with a focus on paid media and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and more
• Monitor performance, analyse data, manage budgets and turn insights into campaign improvements
• Contribute creative ideas, audience strategies and fresh approaches to campaigns
• Support media planning, budget forecasting, KPI setting and performance reporting across multiple accounts
• Collaborate with creative, social media, content and PR teams on integrated campaigns
• Support digital strategies, client presentations and new business pitches
• Explore emerging platforms, AI tools and industry trends

Required profile

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally within an agency
• Natural with numbers, strong analytical skills and excellent Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, media budgets and reporting)
• Solid understanding of campaign KPIs, targeting, optimisation, tracking and digital advertising fundamentals
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to turn insights into action, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

Required skills

• Confidence with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with exposure to TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat
• Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio
