Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution and data‑driven optimisation to drive high‑quality leads and revenue for international property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise multi‑platform paid media campaigns for property launches, developer promotions, international roadshows, brand awareness and recruitment.
• Develop platform‑specific strategies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube, managing budgets, audiences, languages and currencies across multiple countries.
• Conduct audience, market, keyword and competitor research; build structured testing plans for creatives, messaging, landing pages and bidding.
• Monitor core metrics such as CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, ROAS and lead‑to‑sale performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, Conversion APIs and CRM integrations, linking online activity to offline sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in real estate, luxury or high‑value lead‑generation sectors.
• Proven track record managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple platforms and delivering international high‑quality leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and make data‑backed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project‑management abilities.
