Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Stagwell Media is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display channels. You will own campaigns from strategy through reporting, driving best‑practice innovation for client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign performance, from setup through reporting and continuous optimisation.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client business objectives and present actionable insights.
• Identify testing opportunities, implement new optimisation tactics and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the MENA region and e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, present strategic recommendations and drive business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Paid Search platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
• Hands‑on experience with Paid Social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of programmatic/display buying, campaign structures, bidding strategies and attribution models.
• Advanced analytical skills for performance reporting and optimisation.
