Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager executes and optimizes digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including content, social media and graphic design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI / ROAS goals.
• Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube and social media, optimizing CAC.
• Oversee the group's Google Ads accounts and budgets, aligning them with business objectives and maximizing ROI, LTV and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to turn organic traffic into leads, and use Salesforce and ABM tools to connect marketing with the sales pipeline.
• Identify and test new digital channels, and direct external agencies to meet campaign goals and KPIs.
• Lead social media advertising initiatives focused on user adoption and brand growth.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce and other tools, and give data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage email marketing, remarketing and nurturing campaigns, and handle landing pages, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing technology management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce, ActiveCampaign/HubSpot or similar, Typeform and other digital marketing tools.
• Multi-channel strategy creation and optimization, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO and social media.
• Web analytics, A/B testing and performance metrics.
