About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Personal Assistant to support our executives in Dubai. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence and ensuring smooth daily operations for senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls and manage email correspondence.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and office supplies management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Previous experience in a personal or executive administrative role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
