PMC Specialist Rotating Engineer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Specialist Rotating Engineer with a proven track record in leading and coordinating engineering teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects for a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in all mechanical rotating equipment design and ensure compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and handle rotating equipment design and engineering with EPC contractors, delivering within the project time‑frame.
• Perform regular technical reviews of mechanical rotating engineering deliverables to guarantee design quality.
• Review and approve engineering consultant and EPC contractor work, ensuring adherence to ADNOC specifications and industry best practices.
• Participate in equipment sizing, selection, layout, model and design reviews, and technical workshops.
• Provide technical assistance during installation, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards and ADNOC requirements.
• Proficiency with engineering computer programs and general business software.
