PR & Communications Director

About the role

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a strategic PR & Communications Director to shape its public image, strengthen market position, and lead high‑impact communication initiatives for high‑net‑worth clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall PR and communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, public relations and external communications initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and international media outlets and journalists.
• Craft press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, speeches and executive communications.
• Manage media campaigns for project launches, partnerships and corporate milestones.
• Oversee crisis communications and reputation management.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment and industry trends, providing strategic insights.
• Manage PR agency relationships, budgets, campaign deliverables and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record in luxury real estate, hospitality or premium brands.
• Established relationships with UAE, regional and international media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working directly with C‑suite executives and handling crisis communications.
