Presales Engineer – Smart Building / BMS

About the role

Syncrow IoT Solutions is seeking a dynamic Presales Engineer to bridge technology and sales for smart building and BMS projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping technical solutions that meet client needs while supporting the company’s growth in the IoT automation market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to capture client infrastructure, integration needs, and operational goals.
• Perform on‑site visits to gather data, assess feasibility, and validate design concepts.
• Lead solution‑design workshops, mapping client pain points to Syncrow’s IoT automation platform.
• Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals, including schematics, functional scope, and integration plans.
• Support technical submissions for consultants, developers, and facility managers.
• Present demos, walkthroughs, and concept designs to showcase capabilities.
• Calculate ROI and build business cases to secure client buy‑in.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and implementation teams after sale.
• Generate new B2B leads through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and lead stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales, or solution engineering within BMS, smart buildings, or IoT.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
