Private Executive Chef – Single Family Office, Dubai

About the role

A single family office in Dubai is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to manage the culinary and kitchen operations of its private residence. The role is live-out, with one day off per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily and tasting menus tailored to the family's preferences
• Cook to precise, household-approved nutritional targets, calculating calories, protein and micronutrients per serving
• Work with strict ingredient exclusions and rigorous allergen control
• Plan and deliver dinner parties and larger household events
• Own procurement, international sourcing, stock control and food costs
• Run the kitchen independently using spreadsheets, a recipe database and AI tools

Required profile

• At least 8 years in professional kitchens
• Substantial experience in a leading fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchen, in the UAE or abroad
• Proven ability to cook to quantified nutritional targets
• Strong across French, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Indian and plant-based cuisine
• Comfortable working independently, without a permanent brigade
• Discreet, highly organised and fluent in English; private household experience strongly preferred
