About the role
Paramount Group is looking for a proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Executive to join its Sharjah head office. You will be responsible for sourcing kitchen equipment and related supplies, managing overseas vendors, and ensuring smooth logistics from shipment to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Source and purchase kitchen equipment and related supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and customs clearance processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure on‑time delivery of goods.
- Negotiate terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of procurement and supply chain experience in related supplies.
- Proven experience managing overseas suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and import regulations.
- Ability to ensure timely delivery and handle freight coordination.
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 (Dynamic) software proficiency.
