Product Data Analyst

About the role

Murphy AI is building AI agents for banks to improve debt collection. As a Product Data Analyst you will turn every transaction into reliable analytics, working directly with the co‑founders and owning the metrics, models and dashboards that drive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs, ensuring consistent calculation across teams.
• Build data models and dashboards that turn raw call, debt and payment data into trusted insights.
• Automate invoicing pipelines for multiple banks and currencies.
• Design and interpret experiments to measure real lift in recovery rates.
• Investigate anomalies, identify root causes and fix data issues at source.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and precise, with a track record of building metrics and models used by a business.
• STEM degree with top academic performance.
• Outcome‑focused mindset, never settling for superficial insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, AI‑native environment.

Required skills

• Fluent in SQL.
• Proficient in Python.
