Product Engineer – Commissioning & Operations (Global Data Center)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Product Engineer to lead commissioning and operations services for its Global Data Center segment. Based in Dubai, you will own the global product strategy, define road‑maps and ensure that service offerings are standardized, scalable and digitally enabled across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end‑to‑end lifecycle of commissioning and operations service products, from concept through deployment.
• Define a global roadmap covering functional testing, L3/L4 integrated testing (off‑site and on‑site), digitized commissioning workflows and operational service models.
• Align service offerings with the BrightLayer Data Center (BLDC) roadmap to guarantee consistent execution, automation and differentiation at scale.
• Collaborate with regional teams to incorporate regulatory requirements while preserving global consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes through data‑driven insights and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product engineering, commissioning or operations within data‑center or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, integrated system validation and digital workflow design.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
