Product Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep e‑commerce expertise to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our digital commerce platform in Dubai. The role involves shaping product strategy, building roadmaps, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer discovery to identify trends and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
• Set product KPIs, monitor performance using analytics and data insights.
• Lead product launches and coordinate go‑to‑market activities with marketing teams.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously optimise the user experience.
• Prioritise initiatives with stakeholders across departments and lead sprint planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in the e‑commerce domain.
• Proven track record managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
